ROCK VALLEY—Paul Herman Clapp, 84, Rock Valley, died Sunday, June 9, 2024, at Hegg Health Center of Rock Valley. There will be a memorial service at 11 a.m. Friday, June 14, at Trinity Christian Reformed Church in Rock Valley. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday, June 13, at the church. Private family burial will be held prior to the service at Valley View Cemetery in Rock Valley. Arrangements are under the direction of Porter Funeral Home in Rock Valley.
