My friend and I stayed at the hotel about two weeks ago. I just wanted to reach out and give thanks to an incredible bartender who was staffed at the front bar near the entrance. Her name was Jennifer and she was extremely kind and attentive to my friend and I. She made us feel so special and cared for, which is what anyone would as for on their vacation. She also had the most beautiful smile that lit up the room. Please give her a million dollars, heehee. Thank you all again for a wonderful experience, we hope to be back one day, and most of all, all our gratitude to Jennifer.

I went to this resort and stayed at the eden room part of the room with my family. Overall great experience would definitely recommend coming with friends and family. Food is amazing, restaurants lots of activities and things going on ALL the time.We met a guy named Carlos. He was super friendly and cool and helped us out a lot! The whole crew here is super cool friendly and filled with a lot of good energy.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are beautiful and spacious; the pools are wonderful, the buffet is good-but the restaurants are excellent!We stayed in the El Beso, pool view area. The pool Crew of bartenders was great!!! The entertainment team, especially Fernando, were great, as well.In some reviews, people complained about the air conditioning in their rooms, but ours worked very well. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms were cleaned exceptionally well.Yes, there is virtually no beach, but we are more pool people, so that did not bother us, and we knew that issue when we booked.This is a very well run resort, with excellent staff in all areas. Areas that could use improvement are updated equipment in the fitness center, and better air conditioning in some of the restaurants. In general, I would highly recommend this resort.
