  People want to succeed fast because they want to prove something to somebody else.That’s what makes them vulnerable.People might think ambition contradicts patience, but I think patience is the path to your ambitions.People often don’t achieve their ambitions because of their own insecurity. In their desperation to put wins on the board so the audience claps for them, they end up taking shortcuts.It’s hard for such people to build a meaningful business because they’re so focused on making a million dollars and buying clothes, boats, and other fancy things without having cultivated patience.Whatever you do professionally is normally going to be something that will take up most of your life, so patience is a practical way to get to your ambition and build something meaningful.

  Cutting toxic employees, regardless of their skills is always the right move.Speed in business comes from great internal culture.The biggest things that will make your company go fast are 1) continuity and 2) lack of politics.That’s why it doesn’t matter how “great” an employee’s numbers are if he or she makes all the other employees miserable. If they constantly spread negativity or drag other employees down, it doesn’t matter how good they are on paper..A toxic employee will slow your organization down.Employees aren't spending time executing if they're thinking about who's trying to "ruin" them.

  My parents never supported me.-My teachers didn't teach me.-My neighborhood was a mess.-I grew up too rich and was handed everything so now I'm now soft.-All the attention went to my older sister.-We had no money.-My boss sucks.-My job doesn’t value me.-I’m in huge college debt.-My wife doesn’t support me.-My boyfriend doesn’t think I can do it.-Everyone will laugh.-The love I have for this LinkedIn community is immense, I wish I have the chance to meet, talk, show love to all of you, but if I don’t get the chance please my friends understand one thing .. accountability and a lack of dwelling is the quickest path to success and happiness Xoxox - Signed - garyvee
