My morning has been spent arguing with Comcast about our unreliable WiFi connection, playing phone tag with BGE about a technician coming out to prove to Comcast that it’s not a wiring issue—which has me thinking that living off the grid might be a better way of life!

Is anyone else having issues with @Xfinity internet? My printer isn’t working, my fire stick isn’t working, and even my xfinity app can’t find my modem 🥴 wtf when I call the 1-800 number, “call volumes are too high” so they hung up on me. This is the virtual ghetto.
