In Madden 24 Franchise, choosing the right playbook is very important to your team’s success. So with my 4 years of experience playing Madden Franchise, I have determined which playbooks have worked best for me. Here are the best playbooks for Madden 24 Franchise:
West Coast Power Run: A deep pass-heavy offense with a power running back and power offensive linemen scheme fit
West Coast Zone Run: A more run-heavy offense with frequent passing to short and intermediate levels of the field. Requires an Elusive Back archetype and Agile Linemen
Multiple Power Run: A run-heavy offense with Physical receivers, a bell-cow back, and powerful offensive linemen. A quality Field General is necessary for passing situations.
4-3: 4 defensive linemen and 3 linebackers.
3-4: 3 defensive linemen and 3 linebackers
This pass-heavy playbook always seems to lead to success in Madden 24 franchise. You will notice that in Madden 24 Simulation, the Chiefs always seem to have a top 5 offense every year. Although, for this playbook to truly work, you would preferably have a 90% scheme fit in West Coast Power Run or Vertical Power Run. The only con of this playbook is that if this playbook simply isn’t working for you, it’s difficult to switch from West Coast Power Run to West Coast Zone Run. Most of these playbooks I’m about to list are West Coast Zone Run, but there is one more Power Run playbook I’ve seen have success.
This playbook is very similar to the Chiefs playbook, as it is very pass heavy. But, using this playbook is a great way to incorporate the QB Run in your pass heavy playbook. If you have a QB who can scramble, you don’t want to put that talent to waste! Sed QBs could be Kyler Murray, Justin Fields, Lamar Jackson, Jalen Hurts, etc.
The Dallas Cowboys playbook is a unique playbook, as it is a pass-based West Coast Zone Run Playbook. This playbook is perfect for players who have an Elusive Back and Agile Linemen, as it maximizes the effectiveness of zone running schemes while still providing plenty of short to intermediate passing opportunities. If you maximize the ability of this playbook, you will have a top 5 passing offense in Madden 24 Franchise.
The Falcons playbook offers a dynamic and balanced attack, emphasizing both the running game and short passing routes. This playbook is particularly effective for teams with versatile running backs who can catch passes out of the backfield. The offensive scheme thrives on quick, rhythmic passing and efficient running plays, making it an ideal choice for players who want to control the tempo of the game and wear down opposing defenses.
The Raiders' playbook is another excellent option for those looking to establish a strong running game while maintaining a potent passing attack in Madden 24 Franchise. This playbook features a variety of power running plays and play-action passes that keep defenses guessing. It’s particularly effective for teams with strong offensive lines and skilled running backs, and the ability of your quarterback doesn’t really matter. As long as you have a Field General who can get the ball to playmakers, that’s all you need. That’s why the Raiders are always a top 5 offense in simulation, even with 68 overall Aiden O’Connell as their quarterback. This is one of the best playbooks in Madden 24 Franchise.
The Packers' playbook is tailored for those who prefer a precision-based offense with an emphasis on short and intermediate passing routes. This playbook works exceptionally well with quarterbacks who excel in quick decision-making and accuracy. Additionally, it incorporates a solid running game that complements the passing attack, making it a well-rounded option for players who want to keep defenses off-balance and control the pace of the game.
The Broncos' playbook is ideal for teams that want to utilize a strong running game while keeping defenses honest with a variety of passing plays. Very similar to the Raiders playbook, the broncos offense can dominate opposing teams, without needing a somewhat high overall QB. I have witnessed Mac Jones go from a 70 overall QB to becoming a 90 overall Superstar-X-Factor in this playbook. You will want a dominant offensive-line and a high overall running back. If you do, you’re set.
The 49ers' defensive playbook is one of the most versatile and effective in Madden 24. It offers a wide range of defensive formations and plays that can adapt to any offensive scheme. This playbook is particularly effective for teams with a strong defensive line and fast, versatile linebackers. Unfortunately, if you don’t have at least a strong defensive line, it will be difficult to get to the QB. I would recommend the Chiefs playbook or switching to a 3-4 in this scenario. But, with a dominant D-Line this is the best 4-3 playbook in Madden.
