Skip the added, refined sugars and devour these delicious sugar-free vegan treats instead! They are easy to make and undetectably healthier. The following fruit salad is a classic no-added-sugar recipe for the whole family!
Serves 6
Ingredients
Easy Fruit Salad
- 2 peaches diced
- 4 cups berries diced
- 3 kiwis peeled and chopped
- 1 orange segmented and chopped
- 2 apples diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Mint leaves
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a large serving bowl. Gently toss with a large spoon.
Add more lemon juice or other fruit of your choice!
Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh, ripe fruit for the best fruit salad.
- Omit any fruit listed that you don’t like!
- Cut the fruit into equal pieces.
